Looking forward to the show and faultless so far.
    The film.
Title : - Three for the flop

Plot :- A love triangle tale of a man trying to make it as a poker pro, whilst struggling to choose between his two loves the georgeous Jules Sowa and the beautiful Jen mason.
    Actor :- Sean connery.

So who would you have playing you?

Evening ladies.  Have a great show.

My poker film would be called "Shoving into the nuts", I would be played by Brian Blessed.  The only actor that can do my beard justice.  The plot, Handsome, virile man wins the WSOP main 3 times in a row while curing cancer and sleeping with super models.  On second thoughts,  I'll play myself :)

In the unlikely event of you liking my post the best, don't consider me for the BH seat though as I'm on holiday all next week in the Netherlands so I can't play.

    Have fun everyone :)

    Turn & turn again
the sequel to three for the flop
in which Anna, newly single, reappears on the scene

    Sold down the river
    the sequel to the sequel
in which Sean Connery meets Rich Orford and they explore their sexuality leaving the lovely ladies in the lurch.
fortunately a group of poker players who had been watching from the sidelines ride to the rescue of the damsels in distress

My movie would be a crime drama film about the underground world of high-stakes poker. It would follow my travels as I go from casino to casino, and town to town, as I try to earn money fast enough to pay off a large debt that I owe to an old, eastern European man. It would end with me beating him in a tense game where I cancel out my debt and regain my self-respect in the process.

I would be played by Ben Affleck.

    No, Matt Damon.

Why is Broadway straight called the broadway straight.  It's all because of Frank Sinatra.  Broadway is in New York and the opening line of Old Blue Eye's hit New York New York is what you do when you hit the broadway straight.  Start spreading the news :)

    Straight

A coming-of-age drama about a teenage boy unsure as to why he gravitates towards girls with big pairs.
  • edited September 2014
    Flushed

A janitorial comedy about my time as a young plumber, and specifically, when I decided to fit an unregulated U-bend to the local high school's bathroom system.

    Hilarity ensues.

    Evening Ladies

Hope to see some main event hands of mine tonight, and hopefully none of them of me holding KINGS in the first level while my opponent holds ACES!

As everyone seems to be talking in Poker Movie Trilogies my three films would be

    FLOP HOUSE
    NUT HOUSE
    and
I HAVE NO HOUSE...... (BUT I HAVE A STRAIGHT FLUSH!!)

Bryan Cranston to play me, a poker player playing above his limit, above his skill level in the hope of binking the great American Dream a WSOP Main Event Bracelet.

Two final reels. The USA version of victory trumpets and tickertape parades. The British version, going out on the pure bubble and back to his job as a binman in the dirtiest part of the city. But he still has his memories!

Binking the Main Tonight, you heard it here first!

i might have entered the main event via direct buy in, really it as just me getting myself into the main event via cash table sattellites.

they fast very loose and very short stacks. my best game comes in games which have deep chipstacks and these are the worst thing for that, so all through the day i've been winning myself money on cash tables and  this has allowed me to get the buy in fee without going below what my BR was at the start of the day.

best of all today i will be playing the main event fully relaxed when yesterday was a day i had been going into MTTs following a day of disappointment from all those sat losses.

    hand request
    815143540 super roller main
being 3bet prelop im fearful it's AA or KK he could have AK too and do the call for the chance.
J1010 i see AK checking and if i did donk he would fold.

alot of the time i will not see the A or K to help give me to easy fold but as it's still early AK is probably not going to cbet if it missed.
should i do the donk lead on the flop just to see clearly where i stand?

my film would be called "The Joker"
it would follow a commentator who just goes around winding up all the people who get bad beats at live main events
if made as a film i would be played by owen wilson
if made as a cartoon i would be played by stewie griffin

In the Sky Roller for a second week running. Last week I super-sat in. This week I made it via an ALL IN Satellite.

If there was to be a poker movie about me I would obviously be the main character, but I would be a psychologist (I aren't really but it ties into the story) with it being my profession to understand the way people think. The story would feature 8 characters playing a poker game, but would flash to each of their back stories (similar to the tv series LOST) that give the viewer a hint as to why they play a certain way at the table. Stars would include a young successful romantic; a heartbroken father who allowed the loss of his son to ruin his marriage and an ex-inmate trying to earn a honest living. As a psychologist I will notice the smallest tells that I will tell the viewer through my thoughts and because of my reading ability I will generally be a winning player
Playing me would be Daniel Ratcliffe and I would call the movie "Behind The Poker Face"

Good show guys - good to see beautiful ladies on the TV for a change! ;-)

I felt like this hand was a bluff...I thought I was winning, at least up to the river. But then the last bet seemed fairly strong. Was I right or wrong? Probably a bad play in the end but sometimes I go with my instinct.

    Hand ID: 815.166.457

    Great show so far ladies!!!

Think it would be called "Ice of the Tiger."

The story is of a young cub who goes out on his own to play the Siberian Poker Tour. The early days were tough but he survived until he earned he earned his stripes (geddit!!!). It was a solitary existence out in the tundra but he eventually found a group of like minded individuals. Because of the propensity to house insects in their fur & their tendency to play tight poker, they decided to call themselves The Nit Squad.

Working together, they became a successful tribe, regularly going out there & "taking it down." Eventually, the young Ice became middle aged Ice and had cubs of his own before venturing out to win an EPT (Extremely Potent Tiger), a WPT (Wonderful Poker Tiger) and finally on the plains of Nevada by becoming the oldest tiger to win the WSOP (Wonderful Siberian Old Pussycat).

I would be played in my youth by Andy Murray, in middle age by Al Murray & in old age by Bill Murray. In fact any old Murray.

Ladies, I give you "The Lord of The Ring Games"

A group of cuddly small beings (who mentioned Matt Bates?) go on a quest through the cash games and the MTTs of Middle Earth in order to reach their final goal, a gold ring (which thanks to inflation has now morphed in to a gold bracelet) originally stolen from them by Isildur, at the Wizarding Series of Poker

Here is my entry to the poker film of my life.

    Love Stakes

The intrepid hero played by myself is a low stakes poker player who qualifies for the WSOP via a 60 pence satellite. When he gets to Vegas and the word gets out, all the other poker players treat him with disdain and try to bully him off all his pots. However I fight back and suddenly I am the chip leader and the news channels start following my story. Meanwhile at their respective homes both Penelope Cruz and Angelina Joleyn see this story developing and make their way to Vegas to see this average Joe play. Both fall in love with me and a love triangle develops.

Critics of the film say that though the story is good, they say that the love scenes are too long and the poker scenes too short.

    eving all good show.

if i were to make a movie it would be called cash satman  .

the story is of a person who's poker skill is very good, every month he manages to win a profit of roughly £1000 on cash tables, the issue he has is that he wants to have entry into the big poker events, first he'll do entry into lots and lots of sats, most days he will loose out and has still not got himself in, the thing is he now is annoyed to not have entry having spent so much in sat, so he does a direct buy in which reduces his money even more and then he starts getting worried about going out so plays overly cautious.

having put some thought into his poker game as a whole, he stops entering so many sats, he now does a new route where he gets the full buy in made from a day's worth of cash play, when, if he makes that amount and now he no longer is as cautious with his play in the big MTT as he has not went over the top.

when the person is playing the sats his actor would be TK since he too hates all them limpers
when he is playing in cash games he would be acted by mattbates
when playing in  the MTTs he would be played as phil ivy
