Punta Cana question...
IF i qualify for this, there is a 50% chance i will be unable to attend, i know there is no cash alternative, but where would i stand with allowing another family member to play instead? obviously i will be doing my upmost to go, but dont want to try and qualify if it turns out i have nothing to come from it.
