what an absolute joke it is whenever correspomding with sky by email
send an email ,,receive an email saying they have received an email from you
then you get an email about whatever you emailed them for .....then get an email asking how well sky dealt with my email
so amazingly I have been banned from chatting and don't know why
so asked sky received 3 emails none saying why
so asked for a transcript
3 emails later no they wont send one
asked well how did I swear as it all deleted anyways
3 emails later they wont go into but apparently I have sworn a lot
asking for any sort of proof
3 emails nope I just banned and have to accept it
I think someone gets paid too much money and is taking life way too seriously , there are mute buttons no swearing gets through get a grip
