I have been trying to play some satalites today, and they normally have 1 or 2 'Guaranteed' seats available.  However, I noticed that some of these that I had registered weren't popping up, and when I eventually find the lobbies they were 'Cancelled', Presumably due to low numbers of entries.  But if this is the case what does 'Guaranteed' mean?  No where in the lobby is there a min number of runners required.

Normally states "min 3 runners". If not - 3 is generally what they take to start

yeah its usually 3 .  However, as a sat "watcher/player" I don't recall any that didn't run today?   What were they?
