Anti-Tilt Strategy..

After reading for a few hours over the weekend regarding TILT issues (which i have) I have decided to try something.

One thing that stuck out is that we tend to forget the bad beats we dish out.. so I am going to post the odd bad beat / river donk (when I get there) to help me see that you win some you lose some.

I am not after feedback on the hand but feel free too, Its just an exercise to look back and hopefully recognise that Poker isnt out to get me.
