French juvenile hurdle winner who made second start for Paul Nicholls a winning one on handicap debut at Sandown in March. Excuses on return at Chepstow last month, and he remains with potential.
Strong traveller who is in the form of his life, successful in handicaps at Newton Abbot and Fontwell and better still when runner-up at Cheltenham last month. Up another 5 lb and claimer not on.
Won Warwick handicap hurdle in spring 2013. Largely found life tough over hurdles/fences for Jennie Candlish last term but no surprise if he bounces back to form on debut for Warren Greatrex.
Chased leaders, driven 7th, 2nd before 2 out, led last, found extra closing stages (op 7/4)
Latest win at Chester in July. 22nd of 23 in handicap at Doncaster (12f, heavy, 33/1) 25 days ago. Needs to bounce back.
Completed the hat-trick (somewhat fortuitously) in novice company at Ascot in February. No major impact first 2 handicap starts this term, but step up in trip is a good move.

Prominent, close enough before 2 out, soon ridden, weakened and mistake last (tchd 4/1)
Proved at least as good as ever to land a gamble on first outing for 9 months for new yard at Uttoxeter, a little clumsy at times but responding really well. Up 10 lb but can go well again.
Latest win at Chester in July. Step back in right direction when creditable 3rd of 6 in handicap at Kempton (11f, 13/2) 38 days ago.

Still running on the flat
Bumper/hurdles winner last term. Satisfactory return at Cheltenham but struggled next 2 starts. Softer ground here should at least suit now going chasing for the first time.
Progressed well over hurdles last term for Brendan Powell, winning at Worcester/Wincanton, and has found the frame on his first 2 starts in this sphere. Remains open to improvement.
