Steak

edited November 2014 in The Rail
Most steaking deals will involve grilling ( I cook a few steaks using other methods )

Steak up will be if the meat is out of date, then you will be in a situation where you have to decide to chance it or not. (the supermarkets cannot be held responsible)

For example -

night one you have a juicy sirloin dated 23rd March, and its the 26th.

night 2, you ate the juicy sirloin, and now are stuck on the bog.

You cannot just split the steak in 2 and save half for later. The griller assumes complete responsibility to ensure said steak is eaten in full. Sauce and sides optional.

That is the only legitimate way to have a steak. It is a fair way but the butcher will always be the one to provide the steak.

A butcher can pull out anytime whereas a cow cannot. If you are - £4000 in debt from steaking, you will have to make attempts to go veggie, or perhaps come to an agreement with the butcher.

If it is just him putting up steak and you get 50% of the meat, he is dumb and even if you make a delicious 4 course meal.... he will not want your custom again.
