anybody knows how to get money back,joined £100 30min NLH,buy in £3.30.,Poker Hand history for session 5070649434 on 2014-12-19 15:10:14 kept getting message cannot conect to game,I never have problems losing,but if your not in you can't win ,major19

    Go to bottom of page and on the right you should see "Contact us" - speak to someone via chat on Customer Care and they should be able to sort you out and refund you.
