tech problems tonight

I agree, problem is you have no idea that it is a problem with them as you cannot connect|| I spent over half an hour just trying to get info on it, spoilt my night, why cant they post info to your email or at least something??

    so i got dc'd i suppose everyone did i got my head prizes that i already had and the money for where i finished, what about when i got disconnected i had a good hand put chips in got reraised and called only to see that i folded due to tech probs so know 1 knows how far i would of got if no tech probs... but it connects back after a good hour and ive finished 67th 5 pound for my troubles and my head prizes too... FAIR  i think not

    been trying to get customer services for 2 days impossible told to contact them just going round in circles
