ok so i have just spent the last 2 1/2 hours playing this game for a £11.00 ticket imagine the top tens suprise when we find that 14th to 23rd got the ticket when its supposed to go to top10,

i contacted support who offered me 50p lol (i think he was missing my point) so i reged for said game only for it to dissapear from lobby , so im now £22.00 light 

so my question is erm whats going on lolz

I won and sitting here  no game, tried to contact via live chat.. did not work then phone told there was a problem and I will be Contacted Wedensday...

I don't enter that many freerolls at they are a bit of a turkey shoot, but to enter and win  not fun
