PM problem... no, not PMT.

I can receive mail, but when I click reply the box comes up yet I can't click on it to start writing.

Does anyone else have this problem, something in settings maybe? I used to be able to.. this has just happened over the last few months.

    This used to be a symptom of using Firefox browser, but it was fixed ages ago. Which browser are you using? If FF - is it up to date? (by default it updates itself - latest version is 34.0.5)
    Worth trying another browser too in case there's now a problem with one of the others.

    This used to be a symptom of using Firefox browser, but it was fixed ages ago. Which browser are you using? If FF - is it up to date? (by default it updates itself - latest version is 34.0.5) Worth trying another browser too in case there's now a problem with one of the others.

    If you are using Chrome then PMs should work.

    Open Chrome and in the address bar type about:

    If should show the versions you are running, mine says:
    Google Chrome39.0.2171.71 (Official Build) m
    Revision465742dffbc8f2edcb5dacd2afc8b095199172fc-refs/branch-heads/2171_62@{#12}
    OSWindows 
    Blink
    JavaScriptV8 3.29.88.17
    Flash15.0.0.239
    If you are using anything older than these versions then you should update them, reboot and try again.
