Unable to download Sky Poker

Hey

Im hoping someone can help me as sky support were unable to solve the issue. 

When i click on the install now button i get an error that reads - Error #1009. 

I use chrome but have tried on internet explorer and i get the same error. 

Support suggested i try deleting cookies and make sure Adope was up to date , after it still gives me same error.

There doesnt appear to be anything blocking the install button from working and sky poker works fine when i play through my browser. 

Any ideas as to why i cannot download it ?

    I'm having a similar problem.

    I've started getting a "Network Error" message when trying to start the stand alone software. I deleted adobe air and the software and re-installed both, but no joy.

    I can access via the website but prefer the software version.

    I've had a few useless automated responses from customer care so any constructive help would be appreciated.

    try uninstalling adobe air and remove all traces of both sky poker and adobe air from the registry using regedit ( built into windows) then install adobe air from the adobe site and then use IE to download the poker client
