is patience key?

edited February 2015 in Sit & Go Strategy
I can usually be found on a PLO8  table, but have recently been playing TURBO DYMS.Does my playing hi-lo prevent "panic mode" if my chips reach,say,600? I know aggression can be a key factor in poker ,but, find it difficult to raise 83 offsuit.

The question isn't very clear, but one thing is: if you're not comfortable shoving with 83o, you won't win at turbos. Obviously the conditions have to be right, but you can't be afraid to move those chips in.
