Why and how was this hand voided, happened about 11.45am today?

I was involved in a hand which was voided and twice tried to post it on the forum but each time it was blocked. I asked sky why they had blocked it they replied by saying because it questioned the integrity of the sites software.
I sent them a copy of the post pointing out that it did not mention anything about that only that given the impact the hand would have made on my position in the game I was more than a little annoyed at their response. It was a £22 750 bh and would have given me a second head prize and a very good stack of chips, very good. They replied by saying that they did not in fact block it but one of the moderators had and that sky have no control over them.... REALLY!!!!
What I find fascinating is during the course of my phone conversation with customer care they were able to tell me the outcome of the hand and that I picked up a head prize, after initially not being able to find the hand in my hand history!! Well how could they do that unless the hand had played out and if it played out why was it voided? Some of you have seen the hand in question via personal emails between us and the response has been the same from everyone .... i'll leave it to your imagination to work out what it was
I assume not, as I'm sure we'd never hear the end of it
"splashies" has e-Mailed this complaint to Sky Poker already, but Mrs Duck asked me (on another thread) if I would send it upstairs, & yes, of course, I'm happy to do so. I'll send it up right now.
That's no guarantee of a reply, but if it re-assures you that they are aware of the reported problem, then it achieves something.
Update.
I sent a note up to Suit-City as promised, & they replied to me promptly, & told me they are still investigating these "void hands". With any issue such as this, the problem is to "re-create" them of course.
If I hear any further, I'll Update you pronto.
It's a fine balance with the Team up at Leeds. Better they work to investigate problems & make Sky Poker a better site, than spend half their day replying to individual Posts.
They DO care, they are a very motivated team up there, & in an ideal world, yes, they'd reply to every question. It's all about priorities, really.
Keep the feedback coming, they do read every thread.
