Hey guys,

Just a reminder (not that you need one!) that tonight at 5pm is the start of the first of the double points boost weekend as part of our new promotion, Up Your Game!

Play your favourite Cash or Sit & Go's to earn the double points bonus between 5pm tonight and 10am Monday morning to bag those extra points!

Good to see a post with only one start time, I have seen others which confused people as they had two different start times!

Anyone else get that feeling that someone is going to get in a whole lot of trouble about performance of site so far in 2015? Been two years since I seen the "sort it out sky" comments outweigh the "sky poker is rigged" ones.

Saying that, think could help themselves with some t&c's to make it clear for the micro stakes. Lot of people not happy at 30p and 50p level. Grey area the double points too two at those levels when normally sky sayid half point and they round up.

Can't please everyone! Generous promo so let's be happy

Hi All,

i've just answered this on another thread,

From what we can see the issue only affected the £0.05 rake games, they were (incorrectly) not doubled to 2 as they already receive double points by default (as we already round up from 1/2 to 1 point)

this was an admin error which should now be rectified, all these games should now pay out 2 points per game for the rest of the weekend.

I'm afraid we do not have the ability to manually credit any points owed to count towards your rewards, we'll ensure this doesn't happen again in future weekends

I could be wrong but I think I have regged for £9 of SNgs and only got 9 points in rewards.

These were for a combination of x3 £1 6max NL and x2 £3 PLO8 dyms

edit:They 9pts have been added while I have been counting down from 10 to 3 in customer care.

edit2:Apparently there is a known issue with a delay but all points should be added and there is a fix to make it happen in real time too.

I was playing in the ukpc free role came in top 6 got to the semi finals I got into the top 7 in that now I'm in the ukpc final tonight which is a 220 pound buy in I'm in it for nothing there free role tournaments are great for people who think they have what it takes
