one rule for some, another for others

dispite there being nothing in terms and conditions, sky won,t let me close one acct and open another..iv told sky I don't want a joining bonus but they simply wont let me...bit odd as I personaly am aware of more than a few players with more than one acct...I know they don't like me but this should not allow sky to make the rules up as they please.
I don't want more than one acct.
has anyone else had this problem

    I can see the only reason for change is to change poker alias, would love to change mine but that's life :)
