Loose and tight players in the SAME multi-way hand

In Tikay's latest news piece he talks about aggro players who play 'any two' - see here
We often talk about how to play these players or, at the opposite end, tight players. However, we often assume it's you vs them in a particular hand. Or perhaps two players of the same style in a three way pot.
However, is it trickier dealing with these players where, for example, you are in a three-way pot with Mr or Mrs 'any two' and a tight player at the same time? Plus, sometimes 'any two' players have premium cards also!
The flop comes high do you fear one, low the other? Middling cards?
