my games keep freezing

For the last week or two , whilst playing my games keep freezing

    i'm using chrome and there is a big memory leak

    this happens to me all the time , unfortunatly support will not help with this , i have tried countless times, they tell me this doesnt happen to other players so the problem is my side, which i know it is not as i have spoken to many players and they tell me they expirence the same
    it does help to make sure you are not downloading, doing any updates or have any backround programmes running , but my games still freeze with none of these things as a factor, when ever i play i make sure the only think running is poker and nothing else to try to minimise this problem, i have lost over £60 this year due to this problem.....fact is sky just dont care...it is a problem for many players and needs to be addressed, i do not believe all the players i have chatted to are responsible clearly it is the software
    good luck with this problem in the future, i feel like me you will need it
