I was supposed to receive an email yesterday with the password.

I checked my account details and they are correct

but the email hasn't arrived

any ideas what happened?

I did qualify by spending well over the amount

hi mt you might not be signed up to receive marketing ie emails texts that what happened to me phone up and they will fix the problem

I think you'll find its a £25 weekly spend if done every week I have also qualified haven't received the password e-mail yet

queried it by live chat was confirmed i had qualified but they were  having problems and some had received the e-mail

but some had not and they were working on sorting it out that was yesterday still no sign of it.

Just incase ... mine was buried within the usual weekly 'Free Bet has been credited' email, as part of the text below the main headline stuff. Unfortunately I've now deleted that email (because I forgot about the freeroll/password thing - DOH).
Just thought I'd mention it incase someone is expecting a seperate 'freeroll passsword' email
