Sky Poker forums will be temporarily unavailable from 11pm Wednesday July 25th.
Sky Poker Forums is upgrading its look! Stay tuned for the big reveal!
Excuse the brief post, but am busy in the studio right now.
Take a look at the Promo Page - "Mayhem Freerolls" have been announced.
Daily Freerolls, £1,000 prize pool on 28 nights in May.
Weekly Leaderborads, based on how many bounties taken in the daily Freerolls. Each of these weekly leaderboards has over £5,200 in the prize pool, being over £2,000 in cash, and a £3,200 Viva Las Vegas package.
So, around £50,000 in total, and that includes FOUR Viva Las Vegas packages.
Enjoy.

The big question; will it pass the Belsibub seal of freeroll approval?!
excellent.
d'ohhhh
The full details are HERE
The daily Mayhem Freerolls, each with a £1,000 prize pool, start on Monday May 4th (next Monday), & so the Week One Leaderboard will be based upon results in the 7 daily Mayhem Freerolls from Monday May 4th until Sunday May 10th. These are all in the Lobby now.
The Mayhem Freerolls will start at 7pm each day.
Registration for each Mayhem Freeroll will open at 5pm (17.00) on the same day.
To register for these, you will need to earn 25 poker points in the previous 24 hours. For example, for the Freeroll at 7pm on Monday May 4th, you will need to earn 25 Poker Points between 7pm Sunday 3rd & 7pm Monday 4th.
The Weekly Leaderboard will be based upon how many bounties won in the 7 Daily Freerolls that week.
There will be 4 consecutive weekly Leaderboards.
Each of the 4 Leaderboards will award a £3,200 Viva Las Vegas package to the winner.
Places 2nd to 100th will earn their share of a £2,050 prizepool, from £500 (2nd) down to £5 (
51st to 100th).
So each of the 4 weekly Leaderboards will be worth £5,250, & there will be 28 Daily Freerolls each worth £1,000.

Imagine you're neck and neck (and way out in front of the chasing pack) with a player for people KO'ed, and you get drawn on the same table as them. Knocking him/her out means you wrap up a Vegas package, but if they get your stack you then miss out on Sin City....
One of the benefits of being nothing more than an occasional luckbox is that my poor brain never has to work out the implications of any such dynamics!
Poker wise, I actually think it would be a tad more interesting if they were drawn together initially. It's only 5 min blinds but at the start there is still some room for manoeuvre, and if one of them had direct position on the other, you could put them in some gross spots. The battle to take out the shortys would also be fun, with every elimination potentially worth thousands by the time the dust has settled.
