I run so bad cant ever win a big pot

Now ive self excluded myself a few times from here as i really do run terribly, but i think most of the time i play pretty good.  I understand variance but i literally cannot win a big pot.

Two examples from this evening excluding the fact that i have also had Aces and kings cracked preflop by lower pairs.

Can i play these any differently? I dont think so.
