Frosty Freeroll Prizes

has anyone of the 3 people involved received their prizes yet? i was told back in december that i wouls receive my digital camera by the 15th of january but after enquiring why i had not received the prize yet i was told that they are having trouble getting the cameras and dispatching them to all the winners? bit funny as their is only 1 winner and that was me for 3rd place, 2nd got an ipod nano and the winner got a notebook laptop.

i asked live chat if it would be possible just to give me some poker chips to the value of the camera because been waiting over a month and would rather just move on from this situation in all honesty, they said they would email me back but never heard owt from them since?

maybe one of the mods could enquire about this or maybe try and find out when i will get my camera?

I believe that in sky competition rules, any player that has been under investigation by sky, especially for making inappropriate posts are disqualified from winning any prizes, since your chat ban began prior to the 15th January, they probably forfeited your prize. hope this helps

some prize winners might notice temporary freezing of prize delivery, this is normally due to the poor performance of your postman, clearing the  sorting office cache  should rectify this problem.....

 i bought and sold an A-10 tankbuster on ebay,it was bought here in england and sold to a chap in afghanistan,i turned that around in under 3 weeks.cannot understand why such a big company with the internet at its fingertips cannot sort out the purchase and delivery of a camera.

agreed, really isnt that difficult to deliver a prize that someone has won, 7 weeks waiting is really annoying and not sure how they expect their customers to wait like this without getting upset about it

thing is lads, they probably took it out of the box to check it out for you, we all know how hard it can be to put these things back in the box after you have done this. The technical team are working around the clock on a download version of the site at the moment, and probably hav'nt had time to help

hi guys,

i have had another quick chat with the guys that control this freeroll and the prizes were all dispatched through a third party (Amazon) last week. i believe sometimes Amazon can be slightly slow on the delivery but please stay patient you will get them.
