Ive just had a look at a £2 DS tourney with 31 entrants. 1st-5th are awarded league points. 10 for 1st down to 2 for 5th.
Now I have noticed that the NLH freezeout tourneys also award points for 1st to 5th place. The only issue is, these almost always never have even 5 players. Most of the time there is only 3 or 4.
So, a £5 NLH freezeout give 20 points for 1st, the £10 giving 30.
How on earth is this rewarding the best MTT players when you are guaranteed a shed load of points whatever happens?
Why can someone finish 6th out of 30 runners in a DS and get nothing, whilst someone enters the NLH freezeout, finished last and gets a significant number of points?
