i havent recieved the 1 thousand pounds as part of the vegas package i was on live chat earlier and they said was no evidence of me winning it . when do i recieve the 1 thousand pounds it says in terms and conditions 48 hours later . and ive heard nothing from sky. im still trying to get passport sorted out and im stressing out lol

Head Office have replied, there may, it seems, be come confusion over e-Mail addresses - they DID send you an e-Mail.

That does seem a little odd, reeler, but I'm sure there is some sort of logical explanation.

They always contact VLV winners before transferring the cash, as they need the winners to sign some stuff, &, on occasion, send some documentation. It's all perfectly standard stuff.

Fingers crossed it will all be sorted tout de suite.
