what was your best finish and also your most memorable tale or tales to tell phil Posted by mrcrisp408
347th for $35k.
Memorable experiences-lots. Shared table with a certain Mr Negreanu, waking up to Day 5 of it and seeing how few left, hearing a certain sky pro say to a friend that I looked nervous in a hand where I was against one of his stable, whereupon friend correctly predicted I had quads, seeing an 85 year old lady play her first ever live game at the wsop....seriously, Vegas is bonkers!
funnily enough phil I was asked a while ago who would I most like to share a poker table with and Daniel Nagreanu was my player of choice he comes across as a real fun guy. .

He is a nice guy-even showed us a real hand before robbing us all blind-in a nice way! He chats BOTH for info and to make playing poker fun, which is how it should be.
Thats amazing Phil and I was lucky enough to share a table with you briefly! Can you say your real name here? Will follow you with interest in the wsop this year! Ger Posted by gerardirl
Phil has many talents, he was backing vocalist on a song which you may remember if your round about my age, his brother David was lead on " Hold me close"

Quality response.
However, my real surname is Green, and for a namesake I look more like a white version of Cee Lo!

Viva Las Vegas, or some sort of unexpected windfall, a lottery win for example, would be my only chances.
The only trouble with that is that I almost never buy lottery tickets and all the VLV stuff happens at a time I'm unable to play.
