FAO Sky - poker refund
Hi Sky
I have today received in my account a manual adjustment for £5.70 stating this is a poker refund.
I spoke to CC this evening and also received an email advising this relates to a UKPC Qtr Final Satellite i won yesterday where i was not regged into the qtr.
There seems to be a bit of confusion about this....I did win the satellite and although not initally regged i contacted CC yesterday before the start and they very kindly entered me into this tourney, hence i do not think this refund is due.
Can you check please and take this back this refund if this has been issued in error
