Note taking on a tinier scale

I'm posting the above hand to illustrate .

When I look back at ingame notes I have taken they sometimes are of no help I put things like "bit spewey / allin bluffs missed flop" - even though thats not that bad- I need more meaningful ones that are not too lenghty.

In  the posted hand can my notes be condensed any more and make sense a month from now.

Ive had 2 attempts.

Personally, I like to include stakes/game type (so 10NL or 11bh or 5dym or w/e)....

For the above I'd probably write...

For XX...

4NL - 4x JTo UTG, c/c PSB on 976r, c/c T and 4

And for ATC....

4NL - peel 78o in CO v UTG 4x, bet pot 4way on 976r, 1/2 pot T turn, jam 4 riv
