You really think that by now, a quality news organisation such as the BBC would check their facts & know the difference between cement & concrete. I suppose they take such news items from global news feeds such as Reuters or PA.
Generally, the media do not seem to know the difference between cement & concrete, roofs or ceilings, tiles or slates.
A bit off topic, but did anyone read that news article? It's simply astonishing.
Cliffs;
King Salman, the King of Saudi Arabia, is going to the French Riviera for his jollies, & for security reasons, a public beach will be closed for the duration of his 3 week stay.
He won't be alone though - look at this for a jaw dropper;
He and his entourage of about 1,000 people arrived at Nice airport on Saturday on board two Saudi Arabian Airlines Boeing 747s.
Now that's an entourage. And TWO 747's. Awesome.
King Salman is the 25th (TWENTY FIFTH) son of the founder of Saudi Arabia, Ibn Saud, which sounds mighty impressive, but in fact Mr Saud ("Saud" as in "Saudi Arabia) fathered 45 children in all.
Sounds like good old Ibn not only founded Saudi Arabia, but he helped creat the population, too.
The family has got a few bob. When King Salman came to power earlier this year, he gave a bonus of 2 months salary to all State employees.
