How can a hand be void in the middle of a tournament?

    Hand voided    

sorry for the presentation of this hand.  I was in the 12pm £100 speed when this happened.  I was under the gun with  a9 and bet, when it thought about it for a while, then i jumped staight into the big blind with different cards.

I looked at the hand history and the hand was voided

first question how can the big blind person just miss it?

When action has taken place how can it be voided ?

or is this a software glich?

its a glitch that happens infrequently.

Sky like it brought to their attention , helpz them try fixit.

If a hand has to be made void, the least they can do is make sure the button doesn't move.
