Week 2 completed but still no token or free bet

Anybody know when these will be credited?

Promo page says token and bet will be paid "every Thursday within 48 hours". Technically every Thursday finishes at 2359 hours so Sky has until 2359 Saturday to comply. I am waiting for mine so you are not alone and I suspect there are a few more people with the same question. I was lucky enough to win last week as well and they were paid quite quickly. Just have to play the waiting game.

You are welcome. I am pretty much the same as you. Sky always seems to have delaying tactics when it come to money. Bit like the free bet. I won last week but you only get the winnings not the original stake as well.

Never seen rewards paid on the weekend so think the 48 hours is going to be broken :-(.

Pity could have done with the token's with double points boost.

Could have something to do with a lot of staff dealing with a live event?

I'm also still awaiting the rewards, reassuring to know that it's affecting quite a few but still frustrating. However, can't really complain considering it's practically money for nothing.

CC just confirmed there is a delay due to most of the team being at the live event, the free bets and tokens will be credited tomorrow.

Not me m8. Waiting just like you. P..ed off having to check account after every game to see if they have arrived. Last week I was lucky enough to win as well but pushing "play again" in low stake games took them. 550p for 90p.
Got it back through customer services but had to fight for it. Be aware!

Got a £2.20 & £3.30 enter a £3.30 dym & sky took both tokens WTF.

belsibub it seems it takes the lowest value token first.

so it took a 2.20 token but you still owed 3.30 so it took the next token too

soooo screwed up!

Same thing just happened to me. 3.30 game and full token taken. It just gets worse!

I had similar problem with a 30p DYM. I got onto live chat and had the difference refunded. Give it a go, nothing to lose!

Ok best way to use this weeks tokens so they get used properly? 2x£2.25 & 1x£1.50

Still using smallest 1st?

I'd like to play 2 £2.25 dym's then either a 3rd me making up the diff or a £2.20 6-max & me making-up balance again.

1.15 sng or 1.10 mtt I guess.  you would lose 40p or so, but then they have overpaid the value of tickets by 50p
