What a fantastic day.... not poker wise or for my own sanity in poker but fantastic non the less.

I met some great people, Tikay is as nice a gent as I imagined, I had a great chat with Neil and met / played with some fantastic players I have only ever battled online previously (granite89, Wacko90, PSentori, Alvez11)

I had an absoloute rollercoaster down to 30 k early knicked blinds and stole pots back upto 150k dwindlled back down to 60k before deciding it was a long way to come back with a shortish stack and shoving 1 card to late on the turn with my 88 into Alvez.

Quite simply I drive myself crazy with my attitude / stupid plays as I know what I am doing is - ev but I guess thats my biggest leak sometimes.

Have to say playing live socialising swapping stories was great fun and I will 100% be making more time to play Sky  events (work permitting)

Sorry I didn't get to meet you (fortunately you escaped the madness of meeting me and possibly irishrose ) . But I second what you've put. So many great people, funny stories, bad beats galore. But most of all the friendliness of all the sky players I had the pleasure to meet. Even if I never qualify again I will certainly make the effort to come down and support. Well played all. Certainly will not forget this weekend in a hurry.
