Sky Poker Forums is upgrading its look! Stay tuned for the big reveal!
A post saying the word "free serve" when joined to make one word was banned reminded me that I was going to post this thread. Some banned words are obvious but some banned words are really hard to fathom.
For example, using the normal shortened version of "Dagenham & Redbridge" is banned. So is the usual version of Middlesbrough's leading goalscorer this season (begins with a K). A pain on betting threads.
I also discovered that a childs word for a cat isn't allowed in the chatbox. I can see how it could be used as an insult but it surely should be allowed for conversations between players with feline user names.
I appreciate that commenting on this thread will be difficult because you won't be able to say what you want to say but it seems strange that "normal" words are banned yet you can use offensive words by putting hyphens between each letter.

Some lady from Admin phoned my mobile and asked me to change or my account would be suspended.
I still use a free-serve email address which I have had for years & years.
Free-serve was bought out by "Wannadoo" who were then bought out by someone else & then later were bought out by Orange, then orange changed it's name to EE & bt bought a piece of it.............
I really should get a new email address set up
Also 'star wars' not aloud, after a bit of mucking about it appears 'war' is ok but not 'wars', strange, sure there is an explanation but not sure what.
