HELP please for tonight's Punta Cana quarter-final

Hopefully someone at SKY can help with this from tonight's Punta Cana quarter-final.....we did try and get help/ let SKY know thru' Live Chat but to no avail......

What about this one tonight.......Sadly i just missed the MASSIVE prize, but SKY have made a mess of this and they should certainly honour the 6 seats.......... or should I say THEY BETTER honour the seats.

Thanks so much for your prompt response Dan......I knew it was only a temporary glitch. Don't know how you've gone on with Eddie18 who won the £1292. I'm sure and hope he realises it was a mistake too

It was also nice to see you at UKPC, though I didnt introduce myself as you was so busy updating everyone on the goings on (thanks for the work you,TK and the team all did there, Great read after the event, and a memorable experience for me too). 

If I'd have known you were after showing good hands earlier in the tournament, I would have done more Hootin 'n' Hollerin when I got a ROYAL FLUSH in the first hour of my first ever live tournament !!!!!!!!! .....and I was sat on the same table as Harry Lodge (really nice lad and very difficult to play against) at the time too.

Thanks once again for your help with last night's P.C.quarter-final, and I look forward to Sunday night's semi-final.

Sorry Dan if I came across a bit strong...... was still winding down from missing out, though I do know SKY Poker BETTER than that, and knew there wouldn't be a problem. In fact I've been very impressed with the service you get from the team when things don't go quite right.

Ha, it's fine I was only kidding around.

You absolutely should have introduced yourself! I had such a blast there. If I could do tournament updates for the rest of my life I would be quite happy. Well, I say that, maybe I'd change my tune after 100 late nights. But I would love to do more events.
