£55 Bounty Hunter Final Table error

Hi on the £55 bounty hunter final table tonight there was an error with the software. I would like someone from the technical team to look ino this to find out what happened. I raised k8 of hearts on the 1st hand at the final table.  After i raised a circle started going around then the hand was voided.  Ive been playing here a few years and this is the 1st time ive seen a hand voided.  Im not complaining about what happened or anything would just like to make the technical team aware so they can look into it so it can be resolved incase it happens during the 1st hand for someone else at a final table. Hand Id included below so you can find it.  Thanks

They are already aware, as there have been one or two previous instances. It's an "edge case", & extremely rare, but nonetheless, needs attention.

Thank you for leaving this feedback here. There are a couple of very unlikely scenarios that can lead to a hand voiding and unfortunately these can happy at anytime. I will pass this to our technical team to review. Thanks once again for raising.

Pretty much all the software problems seem to happen on the first hand of the final table, sometimes, you cant see your hand, sometimes the flop just doesnt show up, sometimes everyone is set tp away and it gets folded round etc

Hi,

I've had this happen a few times, not enough times to give me any real concern. however it can occur at times other than the final table. Also, rarely there are situations where you can't see what your cards are when it is your turn to act, and times when you can't see the flop and or/turn, although the latter tends to happen when you have just been moved table and are not in the hand.

Ironically the times when it is me to act and I have no clue what my hand is, they are then shown to me after I've folded. (Yes they were AA once, opps :=))

As I mentioned before, it doesn't happen enough to cause me concern, but thought I would add this in case it is of use to any of the coders/testers.
