Do I have to claim points rewards

Into my second week now with sky and I was wondering if I need to to anything to claim my 2.20 tournament token ,daily free roll or my 200 % bonus or are they credited automatically can't find the answer in faqs thanks

They should go on today and just reg for the freeroll after 5pm
