Same Day Bank Transfers
As a trial, we're now offering all Priority Poker customers the option of withdrawing cash by Bank Transfer. Initially, this will be limited to withdrawals of £5,000 or greater.
To do this, we'll initially need the following;
- Copy of the bank card you wish the money to be transferred to. (This card must also be on your account).
- Copy of a statement for the above account, ONLY if the card does not show a sort code and an account number.
- ID, in the form of a Passport or driving license.
We will only need this information once. Once we have it on file, you can request a bank transfer as often as you want, with a simple email to the Priority Team.
There's some limitations, obviously, detailed below.
- Initially, we will only do this for withdrawals of £5,000 or greater.
- Initially, we can only offer this to customers based in the United Kingdom. We will be looking to expand this to include international payments in the near future.
- For a "Same Day Bank Transfer", you must email your request by 2pm, on a banking day only.
- Any requests received after 2pm, on a weekend, or on a bank holiday will be processed ASAP, but we will aim to have it with you by the end of the following banking day at latest.
- Large withdrawals (no set figure, but greatly exceeding £5k), may take longer to process.
