Delay in DYM tables loading

Have had problems yesterday and tonight
Tables are not loading straight away and people are deregistering
Reported this on live chat 2 nights running, by the time they investigate it, the table has loaded.
Tonight I was told there was a problem with my computer as nobody else has reported it.
Could somebody back me up and get the record straight.
Really been frustrating.

Another problem, lobby is showing e.g waiting for 2 players and when you try to register, it fails

Could you check your log for the 50p £1 and £2 DYMS between 12.00midnight and 1 am to see how many people deregistered because of the problem with delays in table loading

Morning.

I have spoken to Tommy Tech, & yes, there was an issue. It seemed to be after midnight (there was a very specific reason for that).

They think it's a simple fix which will be implemented today. Of course, sometimes it's not as simple as it might first seem, but fingers crossed, the problem should not recur. 

If it does, post again, please.

hi tikay, i didnt actually play after midnight but was having the issue throughout my whole session (from around 20:00-24:00)

it wasnt really an issue though as no one seemed to be leaving the games i was waiting to load up, and the games weren't starting until they loaded up anyway.

Well that's a bit strange, I played 30 DYM's mid evening, & it was as slick as a a tub of Brylcreem.

Fingers crossed the fix fixes it. Be good to say Sky Poker is fixed......

From what i can tell so far today the tables seem to be loading up with no issues at all gj

definatly a wide problem,

was happening last night and the reason im not even going to play today and why traffic is porbably down alot today on them.

Needs lookin at some games were taking 15 minutes + to open

Hi Benjamin.

There was a problem last night, it was identified by the techs, and they were hoping to fix it today.

No idea if they did or not, but I am playing now, traffic is normal, and tables are opening faster than greased lightning, whatever that is.

I'm glad it's been addressed then it was not however just last night it has been happening, it's been happening for a few days now and can get quite frustrating.

Hopefully its fixed then .

Yes, I suspect the problem has been there a day or two. I honestly don't know if they attended to it today, all I can say is at the moment, on my state of the art Spectrum ZX, it's tickity boo.

Please let us know here if you saw any repeat of this yesterday. We did a fix at around 2pm which means this should no longer be happening. Apologies for the issues over the last few days.
