Will priority payment been on tuesday this month, due to bank holidays and weekends etc?

Correct.

Priority Rakeback is generally paid on the first working day of the month.

It's fell a little later than usual this month, because of New Years Day, and the weekend, falling on the 1st, 2nd and 3rd.
