if you generally play pocket 9's pre flop this way i would expect your pair to get smashed by set mining 3's 4's 5's etc on a regular basis. Are you just set mining yourself with 9's? whats with the call of the min raise pre? I may be wrong here and some better cash players may come on and defend the call but i'd be raising pre not flatting the min

Glad to see it held up for you though mate

I generally try to set-mine with pairs up to 9's maybe 10's depending on the amount of limpers. In the sb here any sort of raise is gonna get called trust me lol. Then once the flop comes it's guarenteed to have overs at which point i'm in ugly position and don't really know where I am. At this level it's usually about hitting one big hand a session getting paid then going, no need for big raises with medium pairs.

Also the only reason I posted was just as a little release after a few days of killer outdraws, flopped set of kings against flopped flush was latest one.

No point raising pre oop on 10handed 2/4p table considering everyone will call unless you shove, don't see anything wrong with this play except for it being another brag/pointless post.
