yes.  same problem.  it is refusing entry for some reason.

Just spoken with someone on live chat, they are aware there is a problem and are trying to fix it, however i note that 2 people are currently registered but have tried again to register but still wont let me

Same here.
I felt more comfortable when no players at all were registered as at 6.20pm but it now looks like 3 players have somehow managed to enter. I'm still getting the message that I'm not allowed to enter even though I've earned the required points
