Mr burns variance doesnt come in to play if you have the nuts on the river.Any time before that then it does.I sympathise with your bad run, as it takes all the air out of your balloon and is soul destroying.Its a cliche to say you forget when you yourself get lucky.I do think though that multi tablers dont suffer the same pain as maybe a single table player might,as sometimes playing for hours for nowt or very little seems pointless and a waste of time.You have to remember a high percentage of players that have won millions,and lost millions,and gone broke,and also heavily in debt will be because they had runs like you had recently.If you play text book poker you should occasionally run into the wow unbelievable!      Always remember like punting,play with what you can afford to lose.Chin up and crack on!

You have posted a flip that you lost, a hand from an all in sat, the qq v 66 v 33 you are 66% to win. Most of what you post is fairly standard. 

Everyone loses flips, gets it in good and loses and gets in it bad and wins. Where possible we want to avoid the all in situations and win chips when everything isnt on the line. This comes with experience. I feel you need to change your mindset, the key is to play hands in the best possible way, once the money is in it doesnt matter what happens in the short term. Dont get fixated by the results, you are no more or less lucky than anyone else.
