Another one bites the dust.

Genting Online Poker Room will close on March 31st. If you have funds there, they are 100% safe, so no worries on that score. They are part of a huge Company, & they are not in any trouble, but their I-Poker based Poker Product was barely generating any Genting traffic.

Meanwhile, earlier this week, PKR Poker, who were struggling desperately of late, made their debut on Microgaming Poker Network which, in itself, has been weakened by the move away from them by both Ladbrokes & Unibet.

It's all happening out there.

    awful site imo so no surprize in this.

    as the casino i used to goto was part of genting i signed up a few years back.

    gave it 2 weeks with nothing there for me at all, stt games took ages to fill with abusive no nothing at alls.

    ive tried 8 poker sites off the top of my head and sky knocks spots of them easily and i wont be leaving again.

    I was a Ladbroke refugee.  Migrated when they switched. Sky's stuck with me now too.

    Shame about PKR, was a nice community based site with decent player pool back in the day. I can't imagine it will be an easy transition for them: a lot of players enjoy the independent pools of sites like that and Sky IMO. Sky seems to be doing a lot of things right atm so lets hope they don't have to consider similar changes in the future.
