Thought I had best check Ts and Cs and they still say..

1. From Monday 7th - Monday 28th March, the Rewards Freerolls will give away UKOPS XVI Main Event seats to the final five players, in addition to the £1,000 prizepool.

I've had a reply, & they plan to get this corrected today.

It'll take a goodly while, as it's quite awkward, so be patient please.

Crikey, no sooner had I written "please be patient" than the Office tell me they have sorted this out, & the additional monies will be paid into players accounts shortly.

Apologies for the misunderstandingaments, these things happen from time to time.

If you have a query on the corrected payments, a file of what has been paid to whom will be lodged with the Contact Centre later this morning, but please don't hassle them yet, it will take a while to disseminate the info.
 
You should be able to see what you have - or have not - been credited later this morning by going to "My Account", there should be a Manual Transfer showing.

The additional payments have now been credited to those who were inadvertently short-changed.
 
I now have a spreadsheet which lists the additional payments, so if you have any queries, let me know, & I'll take a look at what you were paid additionally.

Kudos to the Team in Leeds who have sorted this quickly & efficiently.

Finished a respectable 9th and got £9 (no additional payments, if applicable, received as yet).

The Spready says "£11" against your name, though I'm unsure if that is £11 in total, or an additional £11.

I was under the impression that the extra payments had been made to players now. Leave it for an hour or two, & let me know if you do not get the additional £2 or £11, whatever it is. I suspect it should be £11 extra, but I'm not entirely certain.

I don't know how much 9th was supposed to pay, or did pay, hence I'm a little unclear as to numbers. 

Congrats, by the way, very nice.

Funny thing is though, when you click on "My Account" it doesn't show up in the "Last 9 Transactions"

You have to click on "Quick History Search" and its there as a Manual Adjustment.

£11 extra :-)
