this hand was from last nights MAIN EVENT big brag manadged to sat in and played really tight lasted two smoke breaks and even manadged to take a bounty worth about 24 quid the money was creeping closer and my thinking was to find a good spot to double up i thought this was as good a place as i had seen i had the cheek to feel a little disapointed when i got knocked out should i have waited

I hate sky HH plus part of it is cut off...how many bb we starting with?

If I read right we have sub 10bb, if so jam.

The hand our opponent turns over isnt really relevant, if they turn over aa it doesnt mean our jam was bad. It is about the range they have vs us. We should jam this everytime, we got our money in good but lost. The trouble with getting our money in with 8bb is we will get called a reasonable amount of the time given the price our opponent gets when considering the bounty on offer.

I would spend more time working out how you ended up so low (was there any spots we missed) rather than the exit hand.

WP on satting in, ul with the exit.

Thanks Matt I had 8.5 BB when I shoved the table had a mix of players on my left the gentleman that called had a huge stack so I think he would have called any bet the problem I had most of the game was the chap to my right who called almost every hand this put me off playing some hands like low aces and suited connecters I think I played scared for a while only going when I had a solid hand I actually think it helped my dicipline but my stack suffered as a result

Any reason you raised as opposed to shoved?

Just inexperience I think. there was another player at the table with a shorter stack and I wouldn't of minded if he came along flawed thinking I think

With your question if you were a couple off of the money you could argue its a fold if there was some players shortstacked. From the sounds of it we needed a double up to make the money so all in is the correct play.
