Sky Poker Rewards still not paid

Getting on for  5pm and still not paid,is there a Problem ?

Hi Red,

No, no problem.
 
Payments usually go through late afternoon on Monday's but it varies. The T & C's state "within 48 hours" (i.e., any time up to Midnight on Tuesday) but so far, it's always been Monday afternoons, on average, mine comes through around 5pm, or the e-Mail does.

Not all Rewards payments are made at EXACTLY the same moment, I'd guess, for technical (IT) reasons. 

EDIT - I just checked, & mine has been paid, but I've not had the e-Mail yet.

I imagine that time spent dealing with tedious silly grumbles can be distracting and slow things down
