Think I read somewhere that site making Sit and go cleaner and de cluttered, been waiting 5 minutes and no HU speed £5.25 has appeared in lobby - I can see 5 games going on - but none are available to set up?
Is there a 5 max policy now or a glitch or just me that cant see them

No, it has not changed.
I believe the issue you are seeing (well, NOT seeing, if we are to be correct) is related to the "Sticky Lobbies" discussed HERE
That thread also suggests a temporary workaround, which, I hope, is only needed short-term.
