According to "Find a Player" you are regged for 2 Heads Up Games, both of which appear to be officially "In Running" but neither of which has actually commenced.
Just contact CC, explain the situation exactly as is, & they'll sort you out.
Hi just got off chat. they said it should be fixed within a hour or so, and for me 2 contact them for a refund reguarding the tournament i had entered.
Sky Customer Care state cannot issue refunds while "poker team looking into it". Still, at least I got to increase my phone bill in return for hearing several ads for Sky
This is poor. With respect, Sky Poker need to appreciate that there are people playing on multiple sites who cannot play while random tables pop up and refuse to load for an hour or more.
All sites can have issues. However, Sky's apparent inability to take appropriate action means that people will play a lot less on this site. The restart plus pause was particularly poor.
EDIT: at same time as CC refuse to give a refund, I was refunded. Joined up thinking at its best

Hi Essexphil
Apologies if this has caused you any inconvenience. We've been dealing with this as a priority as you would expect. We want to make sure anything we do is correct and fair.
Just to confirm that the reason CC do not refund people at the time an incident is 'live' and being dealt with is that this process of voiding and settling games with issues refunds people automatically. If they had refunded you, you'd then have been paid twice.
Again, apologies. All should be fine now but if you or anyone else have any outstanding issues, please speak to CC and we will look into each case asap.
