Why are known software problems allowed to just continue to exist??
Now i know nothing is perfect, but why are known problems still remianing after years. Literally years. Bugs when you move tables, bugs when you cant open tournaments lobbies, bugs when you cant see cards, bugs when you move tables and get booted out. The list goes on.
I can understand if a problem occurs then it is sorted within a reasonable timeframe, that is acceptable to me. You dont know theres a problem until it rears its ugly head. But when you know the problem is there, why is it not resolved?

I noticed in one of your post not so long ago you mentioned that after you have been playing a while sometimes your selections are not actioned. I can rarely play more than one table because sometimes I have to press my selection 10 times before it will do it.... I contacted sky cc about it and the response was well no one else has mentioned that problem and then 12 months later I see you mention that you have the problem too........I cannot play more than one or two tables because of this problem, I end up getting timed out because it has't done what I requested........the screen shot is another regular issue I have where if I move tables often the first hand I get dealt does't show me my cards! If someone from sky wants to come here and play with my computer feel free they can see for themselves how bad it is and maybe they will find something to help fix it....
However, I shall continue to answer these questions as & when I can, though time difference etc will mean it wont be so efficient.
Don't disagree, either, not at all.
I don't want to go into detail, but there is an increased awareness of these little irritations now, & plenty of dialogue, & I'm more hopeful than I have been for a while that they can & will be properly addressed.
My views don't count for much, of course, but I was asked to provide very detailed feedback, & attend several face to face Meetings in Leeds as "The Customer Voice". I gave them chapter & verse, politely of course, as to these niggles, & was quite re-assured by their replies to me.
I'd rather not be drawn further on the issue right now, but I feel more confident now than I have for some time that these matters are on the agenda to be addressed.
