I think you mean players who sit out in games?, the answer is bet or raise, they fold , any payer is, unfortunately allowed to play how they wish including sitting out.

Against playing out sitting players is easier far than against playing players sitting, because you all have to do is against them raise and fold they.

That is the rule on every Online site on earth, always has been, & always will be.

Ah Tikay you are is it?

Know that at some sites are there limits for you to maximum sit out there is. If by first three levels of playing you sat out are in a continuous fashion still then removed from the game you are.  this makes for less players so faster game it is.
