playing on the app.....

anyone else have a problem when playing on the app? my issue is "my sky poker" and then when i click "my tables" it never loads. not any screen, all, registered, running, finished.. also if i put a player into player search the same thing happens. All it says is "loading........."

ive tried deleting the app and re-downloading but still the same ... been like it for around a month now 


any help to resolve this issue would be great , most annoying when u get knocked off a game and cant get back because you cant find your own game

    thought tikay might have responded to this, or a sky rep........seems lots of issues on the app that never seem to get sorted

    Tikay is in Vegas so probably a lot more going on than this tbh, also the Sky "Reps" or techie guys do not routinely come on to the forum

    Apologies, I've been rather pre-occupied with other matters this week & have fallen a few days behind with my work. 

    I'm not aware of a "lot of issues with the App", but when players make complaints such as this thread, I always send them up to Head Office, & I generally get a reply.

    As to the highlighted part, nobody replied, so I assumed the issue was peculiar to you, & not at Sky Poker's end. I'm pretty sure if others had the same problem, there would have been plenty of people replying "me too", poker forums being what they are. Nobody did.

    Anyway, I have sent this thread Upstairs, to see if I can find someone who can assist. I honestly don't think it is a problem at Sky Poker's end though, for the reasons I explained above. 

    Let's hope we can get it sorted.

    Just cant really see it as a computer problem, its never happened before just started the last couple weeks, im playing on a macbook air and nothing else is affected other than "my tables" and "find a player " just says "LOADING............" forever

    this could be the problem... even though im logged in on the app, settings doesnt see me as being logged in ....
